Returns & Exchange

At WAQOR.com, we put in great efforts to ensure that the product you purchase from us fulfills all your expectations in terms of appearance, fit, comfort, and appeal so that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and do not feel the need to return or exchange it. However, in the unlikely event that you do need to return or exchange your purchase, we offer a very flexible policy, allowing you a 15-day window to do so.

Free returns or exchanges
  1. Received damaged or defective product
  2. Fitting issue/Size issue:
    – I chose the correct size but received a different size
  3. Received a different design/pattern/color/product.

Return or exchange is at the buyer’s expense

  1. Fitting issue/Size issue:
    – I provided the correct measurements but still the product does not fit me
    – I provided incorrect measurements and hence product doesn’t fit me
    – I chose an incorrect size due to which I have a size issue
  2. Did not like the product
 
Process
Send us an email at contact@waqor.com preferably within 48 hours of receiving the product mentioning details such as Order number/ID, your contact details, specific reasons for return, and so on, Our team will reply with the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product.
 
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account.
